The application

Virtual Printer runs only on your computer. The documents and receipts it captures are stored in %USERPROFILE%\.virtual_printer and are not sent anywhere. The app contains no usage statistics or telemetry.

This website

What	Data	Purpose and provider
Visit statistics	Page visited, referring site, browser, screen size and approximate country. No cookies or identifiers; the IP address is not stored.	Knowing how many people visit the site and download the app. Provider: GoatCounter.
Contact form	Name, email address and the message you write.	Replying to you. Forwarded to our email through EasyForms and not used for anything else.
Hosting	Technical server logs (such as the IP address).	Serving the website, hosted on our own server.
Donations	Whatever you provide to Ko-fi.	Ko-fi is an external service with its own privacy policy; this website does not receive your payment details.

This website uses no cookies. It only stores the language you choose in your browser (local storage), which you can clear at any time.

Retention and your rights

Contact form messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request. You can ask to access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, by writing to us through the form. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
